Come and join us for a tour to catch a glimpse of the majestic White-tailed Sea Eagles who have recently been reintroduced to the area.

This awe-inspiring species has set up home right here in Waterville at the moment, but the eagles have also been seen in nearby Caherdaniel and Lough Currane. Researchers are predicting that, if the pair of birds remain in the area, we will see the first nesting pair in Kerry in over 100 years!

Why not take advantage of this rare opportunity to view these

Eagle Watch by Canoe

One  of the best ways to witness these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat is on the water.  Our Eagle Watching canoe tour will take you to the spots where we regularly spot them.  After a leisurely paddle we'll land at  one of the islands on the lake and have a picnic lunch before paddling back to the start point.

The trip will take about 4 hours altogether and you can paddle your own canoe guided by our instructors or for a small additional fee one of our instructors can paddle your canoe.

The cost of the trip is €45 per person including picnic lunch.
* Costs are based on a minimum of 4 people
