Mor Active

A big thank you to Michael and his team at Mor Active for a brilliant week of activities for my family and our friends. We were a group of 12 (5 adults and 7 kids - age 6 - 18)and Mor Active organised activities that all of us could do and really enjoy our time together. A great family holiday in beautiful Waterville.

Just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all at Mor Active, Over the last 3 years I Have been bringing groups of Children & Teenagers with Physical Disabilities to you and each time ye are more than accommodating in making sure each & everyone of them can experience the activities that you have to offer. Canoeing, Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Archery, Raft Building etc This year 1 of our teenagers enjoyed Archery so much because his disability did not stop him from taking part; he is looking to join an archery club so he can get better. What may be small to some people is MASSIVE to others. Thanks again for the opportunities. Hope to see you all again soon.

They all really want to do this camp again and the end of week Achievement Certificates are now in pride of place! Highly recommended.Big thanks for a great week to Mór Active!

hi everyone at mor active just wanted to thank you for a great day. puffins playschool children who are 3 and 4 year olds had an experience that i am sure they will remember for a long time, this was our second year and we had just as much fun. We loved the addition of your adventure trail in the woods. Our children were challenged in a safe and well supervised environment. . For anyone considering a playschool tour forget indoor entertainment and go for the fresh air and beauty of being on the lake and having adventures in the wood. thanks everyone hope to be back next year. best wishes kate o sullivan from puffins childcare cahersiveen. co kerry

"Mór active was the best holiday I have ever been on. Mick was a great instructor and he was very patient with everybody teaching them how to rock climb or abseiling. My personal favourite activity was body boarding and surfing on Inny strand. It was a bit cold but Mick gave us a nice surprise of a cup of hot chocolate to keep us warm. We will definitely be coming back to Mór active. :)"

Many thanks to Michael for his guidance and patience (with a bunch of mature males who tend not to listen to instruction) while teaching us kayak skills and kayak surfing. I can honestly say it has been years since we all laughed so much, with and at each other. Your professional approach to training and safety combined with humour makes you a natural teacher. Rest assured we'll be back for more. Thanks again from all the Ireland/UK gang.

While on a family holiday back from Canada, we called Michael to arrange an afternoon of Coasteering. He took just our family of four out for the afternoon and provided us with a most amazing introduction to this adventure sport. While originally coming from Ireland, we had never experienced anything like the afternoon of swimming, climbing, jumping, sliding and general mayhem that Coasteering is, and Michael topped the whole thing off by providing guidance, instruction and fun ! Murphey and Bella provided us all with laughs and embarrassment as they did everything we did easier and faster WITHOUT wetsuits, buoyancy aids or helmets (they are Michaels two dogs :) ) The Graydons would like to thank Michael, Hannah, Murphey and Bella for an afternoon that was the highlight of our already adventurous holiday. We'll see you again on our next trip home.

Michael, Mark & Jono... many thanks for great time on MS1&MS2.. To everybody who still has some doubts, whether go or not on Mountain Skill Training or which provider to choose.. I’d say GO with MOR ACTIVE ! There is always sth. new to learn! Both trainings were very professional, with lots of interesting instruction how to read maps, use compasses, pace, navigate and more. The night navigates and steep slope practical training were great part of adventure. Guys are experienced and knowledgeable guides with full of patient and also very good sense of humorous. It was a real pleasure to meet you all of you guys. I hope that someday I had a chance to go with you somewhere else. Marzena-Marga :)

hi michael just wanted to say a big thank you for sunday's walk from glenmore. very enjoyable and informative. pity we didnt see the eagles but maybe next time. the route was a bit slippy in places and i think if there were senior citizens doing that route it would help if there was some sort of path. Thanks again michael and hope to see you soon Maire

Hi. Big thanks to Michael who took us on a beautiful walk into a magical valley in search of the elusive sea eagles on Sunday as part of National Trails day. Shame only 4 of us availed of the wonderful opportunity to be introduced to this middle earthish world. Perhaps if the trails were better maintained and signposted more people, especially local people, would avail of this wondrous gift on our doorsteps.Felt great after the day. Michael was also a very professional and knowledgeable guide appreciated by all. Bernie. Cork.
