Discover what rock climbing is all about with our rock climbing lessons for all levels. Get a taste for heights and just have some fun.You'll learn some basic rock-climbing skills and techniques, ropework, movement skills and the ability to b-lay someone safely.

Course Ratio: 1:6 per instructor

Course Costs:
Half-Day (10am-1pm): €35 per person
Full-day (10am-5pm): €65 per person
Introduction to Bouldering
Bouldering is a style of rock climbing performed without a rope. Climbs are short and performed on a large boulder or a low wall close to the ground. Body placement, strength and problem solving are all very important parts of this sport. This course will take you through the basics of bouldering from safety tips to equipment and simple climbing technique.
